I played Lifeline Universe during Open Beta and now all my stuff is gone! Where did it go?
Thank you for participating in our Google Play open beta! You may have noticed that chapters you were playing or completed are no longer available in the app. What this means is that the open beta period has ended and we have a brand new version of Lifeline Universe coming out to your designated app store soon! The new version will be gradually rolling out to Amazon, Google Play, and Apple app stores. The time when you will see this varies depending on the store location you have opted in to.
That being said, not all of the content we released during open beta will be immediately available. The reason for this is because the open beta period is a chance for us to gather your feedback on content and any technical issues you run into. Once the open beta period closes, we get a chance to refine the app and add in content as it becomes ready again. Don’t worry! All the chapters you have unlocked will be available for play again in our new version once they are officially released.
The best way to ensure that you get your chapters back is to install the latest version of Lifeline Universe once it is released to your app store. Be sure to check that there is no ‘Unreleased’ tag next to the new version you install, as this is the old open beta version we will no longer be updating. You will want to make sure you uninstall the open beta version you have been playing, install the newest version once available, and login in to restore purchases and progress. This is how you will automatically get your chapters back as they are released to the new and improved version of the app!
